How do you adjust the thickness onSD-3139AL? It keeps jumping to the thick cut. I would like to make sauerkraut and need the thinnest slice. Thank you for your help

There is an adjustment knob on the blade disc with thickness written on it. If you want to adjust it to be thinner, just turn it in the thinner direction.
