The VEVOR 18-inch electric paper cutter has a maximum cutting width of 18 inches and a minimum cut limit of 2 inches. You can successfully cut a 12x18-inch sheet "2-up" into two 8.5x11-inch sheets by first trimming the parent sheet down to 11x17 inches and then making a final split cut down the middle.
