Hi, I have two questions about model 450VS+:
1. What is the exact amperage requirement, recommended breaker size, and plug type? Can it plug directly into a standard U.S. 120V/15A wall outlet without any special electrical work?
2. Is this model actually hydraulic? Does it use hydraulic power for the cutting blade and/or paper clamp, or is it fully electric/mechanical?

Just plug it in and it can be used, no additional electrical work is needed. This is an electric machine, not a hydraulic one.

The VEVOR 18-inch electric paper cutter has a maximum cutting width of 18 inches and a minimum cut limit of 2 inches. You can successfully cut a 12x18-inch sheet "2-up" into two 8.5x11-inch sheets by first trimming the parent sheet down to 11x17 inches and then making a final split cut down the middle. Additionally, cutting 2x6-inch tickets is fully supported because both dimensions fit within the machine's capabilities, right down to its 2-inch minimum backgauge limit.
