This machine can grind granulated sugar into powder.

Grinding sugar with a stone burr should be able to grind it into powder, but it should not be ground for too long. The temperature generated by friction during an uncertain grinding time will cause the sugar to slightly melt and stick to the burr. So it is not recommended.
