This industrial mixer is made of all stainless steel, and it is better than the normal products in the market. The commercial mixer comes with a 10L (2.6 US Gal / 2.2 UK Gal) food-grade 304 stainless steel bowl.

I'm thinking about getting the 10Qt Commercial Mixer, checking the Specs. and its only good for 2.2 Pounds. I am just a Home Chef wanting to make 2 large Pizzas once a week. I weighed my dough today and it is 3lb 1.6oz or 1.45KG. Does this mean this can't get this machine for home use? Should I just continue to mix by hand? If these break, you don't offer parts to repair. What do I do? 2.2lbs MAX is not commercial capacity.

The 10L mixer can handle up to 1.5kg of dry flour. Use the mixing hook to mix the dough and use a low speed. If you need a larger amount of dough, please purchase a 20L mixer. All our products have a 12 month warranty and if there is a problem with your purchase during the warranty period, we can send you a replacement part free of charge(Except for consumables, they need to be purchased locally by yourself).
