The 10L mixer can handle up to 1.5kg of dry flour. Use the mixing hook to mix the dough and use a low speed. If you need a larger amount of dough, please purchase a 20L mixer. All our products have a 12 month warranty and if there is a problem with your purchase during the warranty period, we can send you a replacement part free of charge(Except for consumables, they need to be purchased locally by yourself).
