It says it has a 30A BMS, but a max operating current of 60A. Can you please clarify?

The 30A refers to the BMS's continuous discharge current rating. The 60A specification refers to the maximum peak (surge) discharge current that the battery can supply for a short time before the BMS protection may activate. Continuous operation should remain within the 30A limit.
