If the battery needs to be replaced, can you use any 18V 2Ah removable lithium battery? If not, does Vevor sell a replacement one? I couldn't find one on the website, only a 20V 2Ah.
You can use Makita BL1820. The charger that comes with the product cannot charge Makita batteries. You need to use the original charger to charge Makita batteries.
