Yes they are available. I had my Vevor Tent up all last winter in up to -30c weather, wind, 6" snow falls, as long as you daily get the built up snow off the canopy.

What's the manufacturer return policy?

This is a great item we've had several High wind storms come come thru here and it hasn't moved. I secured it with the stakes that came with it. I'm not sure about the return policy, I kept mine, I'm still using it. It's very sturdy.

How do you put the mesh up so its not covering the holes at the bottom of the legs that the top anchor into

I put mine up first and then attached the mesh so there was no problem with the anchor holes being covered by the mesh netting
