Is the yoga hammock an additional piece to be added to the set? And what is the difference in various sizes on the hammocks?
When we hang the two ends of a section of yoga silk (approximately 5 meters), it can be used as a yoga hammock. If you already have a frame, you don't need any additional accessories.
