about your vevor Item AL-162A-Top Loading. Can this counter count the Cameroon Cfa francs more to the $ and Euro etc? explain "display = 4 digits. does this mean it cannot display a 1000000 for example?

It defaults to US dollars when it starts up, and if you want to use it in Cameroon, you must close MG. Display=4 means that the number of sheets can reach up to 9999. This one can only manually calculate the total amount in USD and EUR. For other national currencies, only the number of sheets can be counted after closing MG.

On this counter can It count out what I enter in the machine for an example if I stick $4000 worth of bills can I somehow enter $1800 and it only count out $1800 ?
