what is the voltage of the USB Port and type C port? Also i smelled plastic burning when i used the 2 ports last night in charging 2 mobiles phone, is that normal?!

First question: if I buy just one, that would only be 12 volts, right? If so, why is it listed as 12/24/36 volts? VERY misleading! Second question: it says not to lift from the top, but it has a handle on the top. Maybe clarify by saying do not lift by the top COVER. Where are the specifications for this battery? is it lead acid, AGM, NiCad, Lipo? Does it come with a charger?

As long as the size can accommodate, 12V/24 is fine. It is fine to lift the empty box from the top. If it is filled with 100AH lead-acid batteries, it will be too heavy and will damage the handle. You can put lead-acid batteries, AGM batteries, NiCad batteries, and lithium batteries as long as the size can fit.
