The description for the VEVOR 22" Commercial Electric Griddle states "non-stick surface and cast iron cooking surface". Please clarify. Is the cooking surface cast iron and NOT stainless steel? Is there a coating on the cast iron surface, or do I just treat this like all my other cast iron and season well before use? Thank you
