What kind of electrical connection would be required to cut through a concrete foundation wall that is 6 inches thick? I would cut 5" one side then cut the rest from the other side. Can I use a 20A circuit on 12/3 or does it have to be 30A on 10/3 ?

It is about 70mm against the wall and is recommended for use on 30A circuits.

Description says “15” amp motor and also says “3300” watts. 3300*120 is 26.66 amps. I understand your answer is going to be. “30 amps is what is recommended” but so is using a cross walk. I Jay walk every day. What is the cord connection type 120 volt 30 amp plug (5-30p), 120volt 20 amp plug (5-20p), 120 volt 15 amp plug (5-15p)?

15A is the rated current. When cutting, it is in a load state. It must exceed this current, otherwise it will not be able to cut reinforced concrete materials.
