I have a question on using the VEVOR 1.1 Gal water distiller 750W for distilling wine. In the instructions for "steaming wine" in the manual are rather obscure. It says to "put the steaming rack into the liner of the main engine". What is the "steaming rack"? And when you say, "into the liner of the main engine", do you mean into the unit's tank? If you have updated instructions for distilling wine with this unit, I would appreciate if you could make them public. Thanks!

It is a metal rack that comes with it and places it inside the still to prevent damage caused by direct contact between the distillate and the bottom of the machine
