My unit has Red, Green, and Yellow/Green wires. From the wire gauge, I assume the Red is hot, the Green is neutral, and the Yellow/Green is ground. Is that right?

Why when I run the pump with no hydralic lines it works? When I hook the hydralic lines up it will not work. It almost jumps off the wall
