Have a Kaufman goose neck 16' dump trailer with scissor lift. will this be a good replacement system? When lifting 20 tons of material stock system will lift only three inches then bogs down. Using a hyd bottle jack to lift 12'' it will then take off.

The larger the diameter of the hydraulic cylinder, the greater the weight it can lift. If you feel that the force is too weak, just make the diameter of the hydraulic cylinder larger.
