In the 25A output connectors there are three srew/terminals. There is Live, Neutral, and Ground in the middle. Can Ground be bonded to Neutral or is it standalone ground only to be connected to Earth Ground?

Red black and green. I assume green is the earth/ground. Which one is hot and which is neutral?
