How many solar panels do I need to power this device to run my window unit ac with 590watts

This depends on how many hours you need. If we calculate based on 12 hours, then it is 12*590=7080W. Solar panels require us to calculate based on 4 hours of sunlight per day (there are rainy days, cloudy days, etc. If it is in some places in Africa, we need to calculate based on 8 hours, calculated according to the region) 7080/4=1770W.
