It will fit easily with the trolley removed when flying economy,but upgrade to coach and the pet will be more comfortable.

I flew on regional planes to and from small regional airports with no problems. Because it is a soft body instead of hard, it can flex some, as the planes differed somewhat in seating design. I found that aisle seats instead of windows or middle seats gave me more room to place and remove the carrier. Once in flight, my small dog slept the whole time.

It's flexible not to stiff. I have a short Yorkshire and she fits, but preferably a small size dog would be ok, she's 7-8 lbs.

Hi, with the trolley removed it can fit, with a push or two, but remember the trolley itself will need somewhere to go, so you may have to ask the steward/stewardess to put it in the cupboard for you and collect it when leaving.
