How do you install or attach this to the cabinet? There are no pre-drilled holes to secure it to anything?

Do I secure the inserts into the cabinet somehow? Otherwise don't they just pull out easily?

It’s one big unit all connected together. It’s is held in by screws just past the surface. I thought because of the size it would need a back support on the bottom. But so far it doesn’t.
