The trademark is laser-engraved. It can only be erased with a professional grinder, but this will damage the surface craftsmanship of the product. Please be careful.

Sorry, the larger drawer measures 11 1/4” tall

The bottom drawer is 11 1/2" tall & top one is 5 1/2" tall.

Can I buy additional vents to match the one included with the purchase of the 3 drawer setup?

Not sure if they offer just the vents but there are similar products available from other suppliers. I have several in my cooking area that I incorporated in to provide venting and continuity for aesthetics
