I need to winterize my RV, how do you fully drain this water heater?

You can drain the water from the water outlet first, and then when there is 1/3" left, open the magnesium rod port and drain the water horizontally. Please raise the water heater, open the bottom maintenance cover, unscrew the screws on the inner tank, and then drain the water.
