Can you use this as a storage tank for a sink very far from hotwater, so essentially i would hook hot into the cold inlet, and it will eventually get hot, thought process is wont cost as much to heat the water if i run it awhile.

Hi, my question is about the 150 psi operating pressure. Does this mean i would need 150 psi going in the tank for it to work? Or 150 psi comes out? That seems high on either side. My psi on my water line ranges from 30 to 50 psi. Will that work?
Yes. 150psi is the rated pressure. If the pressure is exceeded, the water will be discharged. It can be understood as a protection device to prevent excessive pressure.
