If you have it plugged into a working receptacle, fill with water, turn up the thermostat ( Turn button) and it should heat up instantly, that's how I did it and it worked!

Make sure theres power getting to the heater, check that the dial on the front isn't in the "off" position. If it is heating water, the small orange light on the front should be "on".

Make sure red LED in front is ON, indicating it is receiving power and heating-up, check circuit breaker unit should have a dedicated power line from CB box.

Make sure the unit is full of water and then turn temperature control in front up to full. It should heat up in ten to fifteen minutes. If it does not heat up return the unit.
