Not easily, because you can't hang the bladder with much water in it due to the weight, and the water flows out by gravity only.

With the proper supports and nozzle I suspect you could do so. I think you'd need to find a sunny place to place it so that the water would heat up a bit. Not sure how much time you'd need for this volume of water to heat sufficiently.
