Does it have an automatic cutoff if it runs out of fluid?

Yes, it has an automatic cutoff function when the water level is too low. It is equipped with a water level sensor that automatically cuts off power if the water drops below the safe level (about 2 cm above the sensor) to prevent dry burning. It also has a water temperature sensor for double safety protection.
