Yes it can be cut and bent for corners. I used an angle grinder to cut it and used a finishing wheel to smooth out the cut metal end.

Yes, we used a cheap little hand saw and it was easy.

Yes it is possible to cut it we cut it and use metal snips it was pretty easy
