What is the maximum safe psi rating on the mini keg tank, not the regulator? Is the keg tank safe up to 60 psi?

The test pressure of the mini keg tank is 4 bar, approximately 58 PSI. The keg will not deform or crack under this pressure. Beer keg cylinders are unsafe below 60 psi.
