Does this mag drill accept all Weldon shank annular cutters? It says it comes with Weldon shank cutters but nowhere does it say that it accepts other Weldon shank cutters that don't have the round holes in the shank as shown on the cutters in the photos.

This machine is equipped with a universal shank cutter. If you want to use a weldon cutter, you will need a universal shank to weldon shank adapter.

What is the difference between the 6 and 11 piece set?

The 6-piece set of 50mm machines is suitable for Universal handle blades, with adjustable speed and forward and reverse bidirectional operation. The 11-piece set of 40mm machines is suitable for Weidon handle blades, with fixed speed in one direction, and cannot be adjusted in speed or forward and reverse bidirectional operation.
