Can these be setup to not have the lug nut covers over them? I have to run the lug nut direction indicators and have to see the lug nuts.

The lug covers come attached. I would imagine you would need to cut them off to remove them.

I’m not completely sure but I know that the lug nut covers can be removed. You need to install a flat nut or something to secure the wheel cover as that’s what 2 of the nut covers are designed to do.
