In my opinion, they are meant for indoor use. I have them on my newly painted garage floor to protect the floor from the tires! Now all I have to do is hose down the tiles. Saves painting or epoxying the garage floor!

Does water pennetrate the seams?? Looks like there's nothing to prevent it.
