No unfortunately. And I could not find any anywhere. One person I saw bought steel edging and secured it to the concrete.

How do you take the tiles apart when they are already installed, especially one in the middle

Can only be dismantled one by one from the outermost side.

Probably as long as the surface is flat and without rocks or other debris that will break the plastic under a heavy load.

In my opinion, they are meant for indoor use. I have them on my newly painted garage floor to protect the floor from the tires! Now all I have to do is hose down the tiles. Saves painting or epoxying the garage floor!
