Yes. If you use a solenoid valve double circuit oil pump, you can plug the other oil outlet. If you are using a manual dual-circuit oil pump, you must connect the other oil outlet to the oil pipe, and then put the unused oil pipe connected to the oil pipe into the fuel tank opening. The fuel pipe put into the fuel filler must not be blocked.

The cylinder has an inner diameter of 75mm and requires a hydraulic pump with a maximum pressure of 10,000psi.
