To keep the machine turned on and operating, ensure the power switch is set to the 'ON' position (I). Please note that for the slushie mode to function correctly, the mixing/cooling switch must also be activated. If the machine shuts off automatically, it may be due to the built-in protection system triggered by a low-liquid level or an excessive cooling duration. Simply refill the tank with the mixture or restart the cycle to continue use.

The fan cycling on and off is a normal automatic feature of the smart temperature control system. When the machine reaches the preset slush temperature, the compressor and fan pause to prevent overfreezing and save energy. Once the temperature rises, the fan and compressor restart automatically to maintain the cooling cycle. As long as your drinks freeze properly, this intermittent operation is completely normal.

There is no optimal temperature setting. Different raw materials require different modes and gears.
