All stainless steel, I don't recall anything other than stainless steel when I put it together quite some time ago. I use it for our gas griddle and it stays in our garage and I have used it in the rain, and I have washed it down with the hose, and not a single sign of rust.

The table, shelf, legs, and fasteners are ALL stainless steel. It is also pretty well built and sturdy.
The casters (rollers, wheels - whatever you call them) have a rubberized tread, a galvanized steel frame, and use galvanized fasteners.
If you need the full thing to be stainless, you will have to either order custom stainless casters (hard to find), or replace them with rubber footings if you won't roll the table around.
