Any reason this could not be used outdoor?
It can be used outdoors. But it's not very good for cutting boards for a long time.

Do both drawers open? Reading the description doesn't seem like it?
Not documented whether the chopping board is removable, yes or no?
What grade of stainless steel is it? (304, 316, ??) Impossible to make a decision without knowing what your buying. Also , is all the hardware stainless as well?
