I would say it should. As long as a series 4 shaft is what you need. You will probably have to cut it to length to fit your particular tractor. I have a tater/countyline tiller sold by tractor supply. The tractor end is 6 spline with a spring loaded catch as most are. Implement side is round (slides onto implement) with a 1/2" shear bolt. The shaft is triangular. Hopefully this helps. I bought it to replace the tractor end which was cut too short to fit my new tractor.
