This torch is designed to connect to a standard 20 lb propane tank (QCC1/Type 1 connection). To use it with a 1 lb camping propane cylinder, you would need a compatible 1 lb-to-QCC1 adapter, which is not included.

The connector features a 14 TPI thread and is directly compatible with propane tanks ranging from 1 lb to 100 lb. If the end of your hose has a connector designed for large tanks, simply purchase a “1-lb propane tank adapter” to convert it. First, screw the adapter tightly onto the top of the 1-pound cylinder, then screw the larger end of the hose into the other end of the adapter.

To attach propane to your VEVOR Propane Weed Torch Burner: Make sure the torch valve is fully CLOSED (turned off). Remove the plastic cap from the propane tank outlet. Align the torch hose fitting with the tank valve threads. Screw it in by hand first (usually left-hand reverse thread) until snug.
