There have been a couple questions about the voltage for this model and I am confused by the answers. Could you please explain what voltage or range of voltages that this unit should be connected to and get power input from, and what range of voltages it is able to produce as output for my equipment? What is the length of the power cord?

I have a 120 volt AC input and a need for a 30 volt DC, 5 amp output to power a small well pump for my house. It is now run on a solar panel. Would this device serve my needs or should I purchase a rectifier to change the AC to DC?

For controlling speed on drill press do i need a 3 phase motor?

We just purchased VEVOR Variable Transformer 2000VA 110V 60Hz Varic 0-130 Volt Adjustable Output Variable AC Voltage Regulator with Universal Plug Hole. We noticed afterward that it shows a UK style plug in the photo. We are in the USA. Does it come with the USA plug style?
