What is the cooking height? Can I use it to bake Pita bread?

Our factory has not tried it. This is a pizza oven with a temperature of over 300℃. High temperature baking may cause the bread to burn. As for the cooking height, you can refer to the product detail page/manual for more information, thank you for your understanding.
