Will this run on 110v power? or is 220 required?

There is no way it will only heat when the outside temp is above 50°f. It should allow down to at least 32°f outside. Those numbers sound like inside temp heating range. What is the actual outside temperature range it can still provide heat? No sense in having a heat pump mode at all if it can't do at least freezing temps.

The applicable ambient temperature range for heating mode is 10-25℃ (50-77℉). When the ambient temperature exceeds this range, the heating mode may not work properly. Please refer to the user manual for relevant instructions.

Can I run the heater without the dehumidifier? I don't want to worry about the water buildup damaging my floors.

How much sqft. Can this heat and till what outside temp will this be able to heat?

The applicable temperature range of our product heating function is 10-25°C, and 14000BTU is generally suitable for 550-700sq. ft, the heating capacity will be slightly worse than the cooling capacity.
