I have a flu liner that extends above the cement chimney cap with sufficient height to pressure mount a cap in a side mount orientation with screws (no drilling or penetration). The only instructions I have seen for a side mount call for expansion bolts into the joint or brick. Does this cap allow for mounting with screws applying pressure on the flu liner?
