I want to talk to a person about which tub to get for my dog. The 62", right hand door, & ramp, style 304, ,but I saw a picture looking into the tub, the floor has a step up and it's not on one level. The flooring must be on one level for a big dog. Please call me so I can review your products while I'm talking to a representative. This is a huge purchase for me and I need more facts first.
