The cart is sturdy but I've never seen a countertop dishwasher so I can't really say. I have a microwave on top tier and an air fryer stored on bottom tier. My center tray holds oven mitts, paper plates.

I don't think it is big enough to fit a dishwasher on it. It is sturdy enough but check the actual inches of what you intend to put on it before ordering.
