This coffee machine only has a plastic part in the cold water tank, while the heating boiler and funnel are made of food-grade stainless steel. It can be used with confidence without any microplastics.
We do not sell parts separately. All our products have a 12 month warranty and if there is a problem with your purchase during the warranty period, we can send you a replacement part free of charge(In the case of parts that are not consumable).
