No the foot does not rotate howver the jack can be rotated 180 degrees

The foot plate does not rotate. But the whole jack does rotates up and down so it will not drag when you are driving.

They come with the bolts I think it’s about a half inch

I used 3/8" bolts and had to drill a size bigger. The supplied bolts are for a 2'"x4" tubular frame and look to close to 5/16" although they are more than likely metric.

People, if your model/year doesn’t show up when you look up the part then I would have to say don’t order it. You can also get the answer from the horses mouth if you contact the dealer/seller. No guess work on check work.

I think that the mounting plate on the jack is 6 inches square, but I think that it has holes ro bolt to a 4 inch plate, or you could weld it on.

The bolt on/ weld on plate is 4”x 4”. The holes in that plate are 3” c to c. Should fit most anything.
