There is no interface for brake resistor at present. For 2.2 kW, no brake resistor is needed, just use parameter brake. If ou-d code appears during operation, modify the following two parameters to solve it: pn13=0.5-1.2. pn14=80.

Air conditioner compressor application Before changing the compressor from 220v/1Ph to 220v/3Ph Wanted to make sure I'm using the right VFD for this application, my unit is 3 ton, but compressor is 2.5 ton rated(2.5 HP), I will still use 2.5 ton(2.5 HP) rated 3 phase compressor at full speed(max 60hz, 3600 rpm), 1 phase compressor draws 3,384 watts run load(14.1A @ 240V), 4KW VFD would be used for 3 speeds to set in, shouldn't use 2.2kw 3HP VFD for any compressor duties

If the motor power of your compressor is 3.3KW, it is recommended to use a frequency converter of 4KW and set the rated frequency of the frequency converter to 60Hz, F005 to 60, F004 to 60, F003 to 60, and F144 to 3600.
