From cnc controller i have 5 wires: Fwd+Rev+10v+Gnd+Common, i can see clearly where 4 wires should be connected to Vfd but where should i connect the 5th wire the Common wire ?

Your current common is connected to the inverter's gnd. Just connect them together.

Can the units furnish power to a buss with several motors with on/off switches used one at a time . ( an 5 hp idler motor is available if required ) ?

If you want to use the inverter output for several motors, then these motors must be stopped and started at the same time. If you want to use an external switch to start the inverter, this is possible and can be modified through parameters. Also, these motors must be 220 volts.
