What parameters do I need to modify for north American 60Hz power? I'm thinking P01, P03, P18 and P26? Thank you.
The power supply frequency does not affect the parameters. The power supply voltage must be single-phase 220V. The parameter settings are only related to the motor's rated frequency. If the motor is 60/400Hz, the parameters need to be changed. The motor must be confirmed to be a three-phase 220V connection.

Parameter P58 has two definitions that are unclear:
1: operating instructions
2: set arrival instructions
How do these two parameters cause the SP1 output to function?
1. Operation instructions. Start and jump, stop and jump back.
2. If the frequency reaches or exceeds P18, it will jump; if it falls below P018, it will jump back.

Is the function of the relay output programable? The instructions only list 1 setting for P60 "Idem (Relay output) - 0" What does "Idem" mean? Are there other settings?
does this have built-in EMI filtering? or should i add a EMI filter to the input side?
No, it does not have built-in EMI filtering. If you need this function, you can install it at the input terminal. Please test it yourself to see the effect; make sure the current is sufficient.

Will this work on a 24 volt for the control wire to turn the relay on for the thermostat to call for the blower motor?
This VFD has no built‑in 24V power supply. You need to use an external 24V power source. Set parameter P011=2 for external start‑stop function, and wire between terminal X4 and COM.
