Hi - how wide is each panel of the octagon?
Is this a good alternative to a play pen for a 8 week old puppy who is still potty training? Is is stable enough to hold in your puppy or dog ?
How waterproof is this pen? I'm looking for a dry spot for my cat during the rains. She likes to be outside but sometimes the rain is too much for her
While the fabric itself is stated to be "waterproof", the pen is not. The fabric could possibly handle a little accident/pee of a puppy or kitten, but not rain. You need to put a tarp over it for outdoor use.

What type of material was used for the bottom?
Its a type of fabric, not good for cleaning up messes. Highly reccommend putting some animal potty pads in the bottom before use.

Nylon. Doesn’t take a whole lot of time for them to scratch a hole in the bottom
