If you have the sides and bottom all zipped up, the puppy couldn't get out, but if it put all its weight on the side, it could probably flip it over. It came with tent stakes, for securing it to the ground outside, but I'm not sure how to keep it from tipping over in the house. Maybe a weight on the inside?

I use this pen for a kitten and it’s very secure for a 4 pound animal but not sure it would be large enough for a growing dog
