I use this machine in my home do I need to empty it every night .If so can I put the mix in the refrigerator an use it the next day ?

It needs to be cleaned out every day. If the raw materials are not used up, press the wash button at night to release the raw materials, and then put them in the refrigerator fresh-keeping cabinet. Take it out the next day to melt and add a little warm water to dilute it before use.
